Delivery and Returns


Parcels are prepared on the day of the order when placed before 1pm. or on the following working day and are usually delivered in the next couple of days after payment receipt. However, we could not be held responsible of any delay caused by exterior facts (strikes etc…)

The standard shipment method is the Normal shipping ( up to 1 month but usually 2 weeks). Over 70 euros, standard (and only standard) shipping is free. We also offer an EMS delivery (3 to 5 days) and an ECO delivery (around 7 days). If you buy over 70 euros and you want express or ECO shipping you need to add the price of the delivery depending on the weight. Over 2 kilos, your goods will be automatically shipped by EMS.

With EMS, as soon as we can, we will give you a link allowing you to track your parcel online. Shipment fees include a particularly well done packaging and postage fees. We cannot put together two distinct orders; you will have to pay the shipment fees for each separate order. Parcels are oversized and well protected.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the legal right to return your order within seven (7) working days of receipt of the goods.

Goods will be delivered to the address mentioned by the Buyer in the form filled at the time of the Order.

The Seller is committed to deliver the Goods of the Order in an average period of time as indicated on the Delivery and Returns page, depending on the destination and in a maximum time of 30 working days, all destinations taken together, from the day following Order confirmation, except in case of force majeure or any event we can’t control (for instance, strikes of our postal services). Orders placed on the Website on Fridays or Saturdays are dealt with on the next Sunday. Orders placed on the Website on Israel bank holidays other than Fridays or Saturdays are taken care of on the next working day.

In case of a delivery delay after the goods’ shipment, the buyer can cancel the Order and ask for the refund of the Goods’ price. Return fees will be at the Buyer’s charge. The Seller couldn’t be held responsible in case of exceptional incident or case of force majeure (strikes, serious bad weather freezing transportation etc…)

If Goods are delivered after Order cancellation, refund will take place as soon as the Goods’ seller gets them back in their original condition.

In case of overrunning the before-mentioned period of time by the Seller concerning  Goods’ shipment, an email will be sent to the Buyer who will have the opportunity to cancel the Order and, if their bank account was already debited, to be refunded of the price of the Goods’ in a 30-day period. Returns & Refunds policy on standard goods that aren't damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Any goods returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage.
